I have pictures- I need to send to cooperate. There was a huge mouse size hair ball on the floor/ the tissue box was empty / the lock to the door next room was broken just sitting there . U didn’t have an iron ! What I’m the heck . Homeless people across the street . I will never stay and I should not have to pay for that .

Too many hot tempered people on heavy drugs. The staff have a attitude problem. Staff get mad if you park ttooo far from the door.

I paid a $20 deposit and it’s going on 2 weeks and still don’t have it. I called several times asking about it but they kept picking up, listening then hanging up. I plan on making a trip there

I didn't like that I was charged three times for staying at the hotel and I never stayed there at all. Then when I tried to get a refund from booking.com and they contacted the property and they lied saying that I stayed there. Yet on the cameras you can clearly see I never even touch a key card at all. So the woman who lied to booking.com is the same woman who wouldn't give me the manager's name or number at all. She did so bad of customer service that she needs to be fired and I definitely deserve an apology. Also with a full refund.
