There was cock roaches all over. The sheets were dirty. The blankets had burn holes. The toilet was disgusting. There were wet cigarettes in the bathtub. Burn holes everywhere. The staff was very nice but that is the only good thing I can say. The hotel should be shut down. It was in deplorable condition!

A lot of homeless hang around outside soliciting and trying to buy drugs and bum money and cigs.
No kid channels at all
Swimming pool is broken
You can hear everything that happens in the rooms next to you and in the hallways
Ice machine, vending machine, and the one washer and dryer they have are all squeezed into a small room understairs. Barely any room to move.
They couldn't figure out the pet fee at all. They charged me 40 for two dogs first two days and then 25 dollars for 2 dogs our next stay and then when I booked again for 2 more nights they charged me 50.
Corporate when I called said it's 25 dollars for 2 dogs for the entire stay.

This is fantastic value for money. Costs the same as a Motel 6 but it's so much nicer looking, the rooms are incredibly big and you even get a modest breakfast.
