The front desk was horrible , with no coffee in the room, no breakfast like it was promoted. Roaches the room stunk. The building looked run down and not clean. The front breakfast area and front desk were locked with no access. I will never go there again or recommend it to anyone

This hotel was so bad that we could not stay. The town were it was located looked unsafe and derelict. The hotel wasn't much better. The room stank of smoke and perfume, the comforter on the bed was stained and torn, that's all we saw from the door, we ventured no further. Completely unfit for us to stay in. I don't think it should be listed on Booking.com. Disgusting

There’s no coffee pots in the room. There is no breakfast in the morning or coffee on the property. There’s no shampoos and I thought the person above me was going to come through the floor because every time they moved around in the room, the ceiling would make squeaking and cracking noises.

1st they didn't have the room I reserved, then the amount was higher than the online reservation, Well I thought I'd just deal with it but this room is infested with roaches and spiders The roaches got into our dinner...I've killed several huge spiders as well if you can see the nest in the refrigerator There's even writing on the sheets which makes me wonder if they were even washed
