We had a suite on the ground floor which was great for independent living. The hotel offered free laundry, the staff is very friendly, and its in a good suburban location, close to all sorts of amenities
Negatives:
Housekeeping slamming doors at 8:30am, lack of free breakfast, the outdoor pool was closed during our visit.

This hotel had a good location to Toyota Stadium, would be OK for a longer visit because the room had a kitchenette.
Negatives:
Staff is not very helpful. The whole place is damp and has a very unpleasant smell like dirt and cheap detergent.

No breakfast offered, not even by paying for it, they charged my CC $75.00 for incidentals upon arrival and I called and was told that it was going to be removed after 5 business days, confirmation number i was given where not recognized
