Good
Positives:
This was the most abhorrent hotel experience I’ve ever had, besides the Red Roof Inn in Arlington. Let’s start with the room. I booked this hotel for my fiancé and myself as a nice getaway for the Dallas game. I booked through booking.com and paid for a room with a king bed. I was charged the morning of our stay, but when we arrived at the hotel, we were given a room with two full beds. I asked the hotel desk attendant for a room switch, and he said they ran out of king rooms, so we had to stay in a room the likes of a children’s camp cabin. Next, the beds. Obviously small for two adults, and also, the bedding was not soft. It was honestly quite scratchy and uncomfortable. The room was set at 64 degrees, but traveled up to a least 72 during the night. The valet service was not the best, and also, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR VALET. IT’S $25 A NIGHT. Unless you want to pay $22 each time you leave the parking garage. I wish I would have known that beforehand. To top it all off, my booking.com reservation said checkout was at 12pm, but the hotel said that checkout was at 11, so we were rushing around trying to get everything ready to go at 10:40. All that to say, I will never EVER be back to this place. I will say, my friend who also stayed in this hotel said the gym was nice.

Positives:
The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on while traveling.
Negatives:
Waited at the bar for ten minutes to get a drink and the bartender never showed up. Just went to my room instead of waiting longer
