No hot water until we talked to the front desk and they told us to run both sinks and shower to start Hot water. Seems so wasteful.

Large room. It was a wheelchair accessible room.
Negatives:
The main light by the front door had to be on in order to turn on the bathroom light. So to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night you had to do it in the dark or turn the light on and chance everyone waking up. Id be mad if I was in a wheelchair
