Staff was rude. The manager and staff will hang up on you when requesting a refund. I requested since the 5th of June to cancel my room or at least be given the option to change the date for when I could actually use it. No exception or consideration for someone's money. They got their money and had a no care attitude. To the point when even booking.com staff tried calling on my behalf, they got hung up on once they mentioned my name.

I would prefer that rooms are supplied with coffee and small creamer to get you going in the morning. Room did have coffee but the one tiny powder packet in the room.
