Very clean. High maintenance standards. Helpful staff. Generous buffet breakfast. Omelette cooked in front of you. Delicious sausages (I'm very particular about sausages and I know a high quality sausage when I taste one!).
Well equipped gym (fitness center / fitness centre) which was never busy - and I visited it every single day of my stay at different times of the day.
Negatives:
Elevator seemed a bit slow and the design (the way the doors open) isn't the best, but this is now just nit-picking on my part (because the questionnaire asked what I didn't like).
I was still very happy with the hotel and my stay there and, crucially: I would book this hotel again in a heartbeat!

The elevator is super slow and being cleaned at 7am but no notification was not cool. Waited on the elevator for 20 min before lugging my stuff down the stair to find the elevator was being cleaned. Please have staff put notes up to notify guests.
