Negatives: The smell was like urine and the beds were uncomfortably hard.

Negatives: The hotel staff are uninformed about service animals, we were told we needed to leave the pool area because “pets are not allowed in pool area” despite my reminding the staff that he is not a pet he is a service animal, I was told this has happened before, and that I needed to leave my dog outside the pool area so hair didn’t get in the pool. That is not how service animals work, the animal MUST be near their handler at all times in order to do their service. My animal was laying quietly in the corner out of the way & no other guests were in the pool area. I also reminded the staff that I had signed a paper at check-in that the animal will not leave my side or be left unattended, but I was told by the staff “they are just an employee following rules”. The strangest thing about the rooms is the beds are on a metal base & platform that make a crazy tin bending sound when you move, sit up or roll over on the beds that vaguely resembles thunder. The mattresses are also questionable at best. The towels are absolutely terrible, never seen something so small & thin.
