The location was great...just minutes from the casino!

The room smelled old and like mildew. We discovered that the AC was leaking and had the carpet wet. Beds were hard! Room did not appear to have been cleaned recently.

The window or the window seal has a leak the north wind started blowing pretty and we had a whistling noise most of the and when there was a gust of wind it got pretty loud. Also there was something loose on the outside of the hotel that would make a loud

The WATER! Smelled tasted rotten/bad, could not drink and my body smelled of the water after a shower. Bring bottled water if need to drink or brush your teeth..

The staff was great and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Overall the hotel was clean.

The room was uncomfortable. It was a big room with only a very hard, uncomfortable sofa. The shower head was awful and sprayed water in all directions and the shower filled up with water. There were two TVs and neither worked very well.

Hotel management is shady, we booked back in November, got confirmation in December it was good, 2 days before trip hotel canceled due to overbooking, later that night they had 5 rooms again.....NYE so rates went up 3 times what I paid...

You need new pillows. Very used!!!! The people staying brought their pets and did not clean up after them. Especially in the elevator.
