After Thursday, Dec 5th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 5, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Nice newer hotel, freshly painted and well kept. Allowed dogs which was a huge plus since we had 3 all under 20 pounds. The staff were very nice and the room was better than we were expecting.

Negatives: We loved everything about the hotel and would definitely stay here again. However on our last night there it was struck by lightning. Hopefully they can recover from the damage because we loved it there.

Negatives: We were evacuated at 3 am, due to a fire. Since then no one from the hotel or Booking.com has reached out to us to see if we are safe or if they could do anything for us.

Positives: All activities was on premises.

Negatives: Linen was dirty.matress cover was full of hair and smelt of smoke in room.would not except cash for anything. Had to use credit card for everything.
