The front desk people lying to me on different occasions about my room rate. When I saw the charges I was charged $30 extra each night. This was suppose to be taken care of. When I called about it I was told by the manager(Riad) that he couldn't do anything about it, even though I was told when I was there that the rate had been corrected.

Great room with a very comfortable bed. I really liked that housekeeping cleans the rooms daily, whereas most hotels don’t do that anymore, it must be requested. The only small problem was ants in the room, but they weren’t bad to the point we weren’t able to stay in the room.

Nothing. From Thursday to Monday we got 1 room service and that was me asking for it. At that they only gave just towels that already was not clean. The worst experience

It was dirty, we end up with rash on our skins, floors was so dirty and sticky, we didn't get room service unless we beg for towels
