The front desk clerk was rude. He refused to give me a a copy of the cancellation policy as well as my receipt for my reservation. He said he was refusing me the room and would not give me a refund, I never even received the key. Someone I would assume was the manager came and helped him help me. He wasn’t as rude but rude none the less.
The room had a broken ac unit, it would smoke when you turn it on. The room stayed moist and the floor, slick from the moisture.
Headboard on one bed was broken, hallway smelled like urine and cigarettes. To top it all off there were roaches. Upon check out the young man had to borrow money from an employee to give me my deposit back. Place needs to be deep cleaned, restaffed or shut down.

I was sexually harassed by staff and I have applicable proof I was asked to perform sexual favors for. Money by the staff as well as I had a staff member enter my room unzip his pants and pull his penis out and jack off right in front of me proof as well

The staff manager is racist and rude and is very unconcerned about what is going on there I was over charged dailly even when I booked on line there booking when I went to check in they always charged me extra 15 or 20 books or said if I didn't pay the extra I had to check out
