The front desk agent was very welcoming and nice.
Negatives:
I understand that the room was a smoking room, but the stench was unbearable and seeped into all of our clothes and luggage. The sheets smelled like cannabis as well.

They had no problem giving us a downstairs room even though we booked upstairs unknowingly.

We really needed the $100 deposits refunded from each night for our trip home instead of having to wait.

The staff was Great, but......the room was awful. Upon entering the room, the first thing you notice is a small roach on one of the beds. Looking even closer, I discovered a few more small ones scurrying around the floor. There were 2 of us staying in the room, but only one wash cloth, 1 small bar of soap, no bath mat so you had to use your wet towel. I could continue, but you get the point.

Too many cockroaches, room. when went in room, roaches on wall and on bed. that was in room 121. Kind of nasty if you ask me. Not much of selection on breakfast.
