I didnt even get a chance to go to my room, they tried to charge my card several hours prior to having the room. Called me to tell me that they were canceling my reservation, when I asked why they said it was because my card had insufficient funds and I asked why are you charging my card while I'm not even there and they said it's company policy and that all hotels do this which was a lie. Very unprofessional staff and management. I will never use quality inns again because of this location.
