The location the beds were super comfy. The young lady that checked us in at 4:30 pm on 9/12/24 was super nice and professional.
Negatives:
The ac was very loud. We had to evacuate the building at about 1:30 am because of fire alarm. There was no explanation or apologies given. Lights were out in the elevator area on 3rd floor

This property was built so cheap that we could hear the people upstairs from us. They woke us up in the middle of the night by walking to the restroom. Then, the house cleaning crew opened the door at 9am. We called the front desk to complain and they said that is normal. No, it is not normal in any other hotel across this country. You should not interrupt our stay at any time.

You don’t have to worry about bringing shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hairdryer the whole hotel has it all
Negatives:
It’s either the swimming pool or the hot tub that does not work. Hot tub has not been worked or been repaired since several days has been pretty much several months.
