Wasn’t as clean and had a weird smell in the hallways. I paid for an extra night and talked with a staff member to be sure that I paid. She said yes everything is good to go even before leaving the hotel o stopped after breakfast to confirm. She said I was all set…Upon returning I was told that did not have an extra night added and I would need to pay or checkout. This was frustrating because I had just worked a 12hr shift and was extremely tired. I became very agitated about the lack of communication with the staff members before leaving and the staff member working. Although he was very polite my only complaint about him was the lack of resources that he can reach out to help with the inconvenience caused. Therefore my stay wasn’t as enjoyable
