The staff was very helpful and friendly, good breakfast, I like that they have a blind on the window that makes the room very dark so I could sleep in a little. Housekeeping did an excellent job. I liked that they had an elliptical and a treadmill in the workout facility.
Negatives:
I didn't like that the fitness room does not open til ten a.m because they put a bedroom right next to it. I woke up early looking forward to using the facilities only to find out that it was closed. I only got to use it once because I had other activities to do with the family. When I did get in there finally I realized that the main weight machine's cables were broken and useless, so it basically looks good on the website but needs to be replaced. Another thing was that the hallway walls and trim look like an animal had been chewing on it in quite a few places, and none of the bedroom or room bathroom doors would stay closed or lock (except for the bedroom door that floors into the hall of course). The air conditioner in the family area of the king suite i was staying in, stayed smoking or steaming after they turned it off, and i was concerned about a fire, so we didn't turn it back on. If they are going to continue to charge like a nice hotel, then they need to spend some money to do repairs. The hot tub had algae going around the top of the inside and had way too much chlorine in it out was burning my eyes both nights, just from sitting in it, so I had to get out and couldn't enjoy that either. The hotel has a very musty damp smell all through the hallways. We stayed in room 328

Positives:
Clean rooms, nice staff,the breakfast was good and kept well stocked. The pool area was clean and had plenty of fresh towels. We had 3 rooms and decided to stay another night , the staff accommodated us so we didn't have to move any of our stuff.
Negatives:
The pool was in doors. The echo is so loud I couldn't handle hanging out with the kids.
