Positives:
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to assist. Beds were nice, and the bedding was neat and clean.
Negatives:
Some things were a bit dirty and not well maintained. The extra door lock was broken, and the hair dryer clip was broken. The toilet seat was terrible, as the surface was peeling. I imagine it was the cleaners that had been used on it, but how can it get cleaned when the surface is compromised? The pool was not very clean. The tea bags provided as part of the coffee station had obviously had water damage, but yet they were still placing them out for guests to use.
Also, it appeared that management was trying to save money on things, giving the appearance of cheapness. The lobby and common areas were kept very warm. Breakfast was not great, and some things were limited to small quantities. As an example the juice and milk provided were kept in large pitchers with only an inch or 2 of juice. Though when emptied, staff would refill for other guests. Again, just cheap.

TV remote didn’t work. Took it to front desk and changed batteries. Didn’t work, personally exchanged it with several other remotes ( doors to those rooms were open) till I found one that worked on my TV. Only 10-12 TV channels !! Room was old and needs remodeling.
