The room was not clean. The bathroom and shower looked to not be cleaned at all. There were no towels in the bathroom. The pool was freezing (even in Texas in May) and the hot tub was filthy - you couldn?t possibly get in it there was so much stuff in it.

The price paid didnt match the expectations due to it being so much cheaper than my usual stays at the Hilton I was skeptical if it would not be as nice here but its actually just as nice. The rooms are so clean, the showers work, goodies are provided such as body wash, makeup remover wipes. So I was absolutely presently surprised in the best way possible. I will be using this hotel for all future travels moving forward!

I wish the rooms had an extra blanket maybe stored in the closets and Keurigs were in the rooms for morning coffee or tea.

Room looked and felt like it hadnt been remodeled in 30yrs. Daily issues with housekeeping. BREAKFAST IS A JOKE!!! Scrambled eggs and sausage EVERY DAY!! You should be embarrassed!!! Pool was unusable. FILTHY!!!
Front desk personnel polite but ineffective. Probably due to on site owners willingness to be mediocre at best.
