Positives: The staff were very nice and helpful. I had trouble with my room key and they were great with helping me get it fixed.

Negatives: The TV channel selection was extremely poor. The room had an odd smell to it. Towels were small and thin. Pillows were thin and small. The breakfast was rather pathetic. It would have been better if there was something warm to choose from.

Negatives: Water pressure is HORRIBLE! Neighbors were sketchy acting. Lots of road noise. Floors not mopped. Linen didn't smell clean, especially the blankets.

Negatives: Room had no top sheets on either bed, no place to hang clothes or towels. Had to request additional towels, soap, coffee after first night. Toilet stopped up when we got there went to desk for help and was handed a plunger in a bag for us to take care of
