Could use some sprucing up; cleaning the outside of the property, new paint, updating fixtures, etc. No elevator. Benches in the smoking area were falling apart.

No one was allowed access or use of the pool they had the door padlocks.
We were told that the manager did not allow alcohol at poolside, another couple and us told them we could leave our beers outside the pool but still were refused admittance.
They wouldn't even allow us to go in and just sit at the tables to talk....crazy.
The breakfast could also use an upgrade just too plain and not much of a selection.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful, made checking in a breeze, and even offered to unlock the pool for us! The room was very clean and our breakfast was great as well! No complaints here.

It was awful! Took 3 tries to find a rm that didn't stink, wasn't already occupied. Tv and air cond didn't work, they fixed them, I waited. Phone never did have dial tone!!! Bathroom mirror awful, rust and bath towels were ripped and shredded.
