Some of the property is falling into disrepair. The tile floors in three of the elevators are cracked, loose and broken. The revolving front door was out of order. The water temperature in the room was very unreliable. One day all cold, next day all hot and the third day it was corrected.

The ground surrounding the hotel had trash all over him, the front door was broken where you couldn’t go through the rotating door and the other doors were not automatic. There was no booklet in the rooms that explained how to work the TV or how to address guest services not everyone wants to scan a code and look it up on the TV, the Wi-Fi did not work. Upon arrival and checking in is when I found out I would have to pay for parking that was not mentioned online and the parking was just in the same parking lot as Bass pro shop. I could’ve parked over there and walked for free.

Breakfast fantastic.The North location perfect. I had a question and a lady texted me. Gave me information. Set up a 12PM late check out. Which I ended up not using but appreciated it.
Negatives:
The 1st location had trouble finding reservation. They told me that I didn’t have parking that I prepaid for. I had reservations for one location and parking for the other location. The desk worker said that the only location that had parking available to reserve on line was the North location and I was at the South location. They told me that I couldn’t switch. That night we got a complementary drink. I thought that was nice. We went to the restaurant to order dinner and the RUDE, RUDE waitress told us we couldn’t be there even though we were ordering dinner because we had a free drink. I understand if the restaurant was busy and we were having a free drink taking up table space but we were ordering dinner and no one was in the restaurant . The bartender told us to have a seat at the bar and he would serve us. (Bartender was fantastic could teach the waitress a thing or two.)Later that night we went to bed. The living area in the front felt awesome but the bedroom felt 10-15 degrees hotter. So hot we couldn’t sleep. The next day we drove to the Embassy North for our parking. We checked in for parking. Front desk completely friendly. When we got back from our Europe vacation. It was over 16 hours for flights and layover. We felt hesitant but decided to stay at the Embassy North because we were exhausted. They were fantastic. Front desk lady was energetic, funny a great lady, bartender fantastic, I had a text asking how everything was and the lady answered several questions and went above and beyond. I would give South 5 and North 10+. North should give South a few pointers.
