The breakfast was advertised as free on your website. It cost $13.50. Looked just like a complimentary breakfast. You serve yourself..... Then find a hand written sign stating NOT COMPLIMENTARY. Yeah. 13.50 ea.
Negatives:
Air conditioner was weak in my room (408). Breakfast was advertised as free then cost $13.50 ea. Our wifi did not work due to the systems being down and they were unable to register my name to the room. No shampoo or conditioner avaliable in the bathroom. Both dispensers were empty. Pool was nice.

I payed a premium staying...
Positives:
It was an easy check in process and the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Negatives:
It was a little confusing when it came to breakfast. Our stay had breakfast included, but when we checked in we were not given the breakfast vouchers we apparently needed, so we were given a check with an amount due when we were eating and that’s when we discovered we needed the vouchers. It was easily resolved, but I noticed we were not the only guests a little confused about the process. We also feel that there needed to be a bit more notably distinguished point of contact in regards to handling transactions pertaining to the breakfast area. It was confusing, but we eventually caught on to how it worked. We will also say it is worth noting that the coffee was exceptionally delicious. Thank you for having regular half and half and sugar packets and not just the flavored creamers that are overrated.

Negatives:
The front desk lady wasn’t very friendly. I booked this hotel because it said that it had a free airport shuttle but it didn’t say that the shuttle didn’t start until 7 am- too late for our flight - do we had to pay $40 for an Uber. The air conditioning unit was very noisy
