Positives:
Location and quietness of the floor I was on.
Negatives:
Did not receive room service to make bed or clean kitchen the two days I was there. I had to go to the front desk to get extra towels and throw my own trash out. Also, kitchen sink was clogged so we had sitting water in the sink and refrigerator did not get food and drinks cold enough.

Our room was dirty and used. No clean covers. They were used and threw on the floor. There we used half drunken bottles of water in the room, the complementary soap was opened and used and there was trash left in the trash can.
They even charged my card a few extra dollars after checkout and I had to pay for parking which was stated prior to booking or after. I found out one I arrived and checked in.

Everything. Id rather sleep in my car under the interstate than sleep at this hotel. Hotel was dirty and the hotel allowed its staff to walk in our rooms while we were there. They refused to refund. Just a horrible place.
