So the hotel itself was fine. Reserving through booking.com never again. I have a family of 5. Through booking.com it showed that I could get a king studio suite with king bed, full size bed, and sleeper sofa. Well after getting checked in get to my room and all it was was a king bed and sleeper sofa. I went to the front desk and told them that’s not what I reserved. He said that they don’t even have a room available like that at this hotel. So I told him ok let me just upgrade to a bigger room with more beds. He would not do it since I reserved through booking.com. I tried calling booking.com and waited on the phone for 30 minutes with no response. I will never use booking.com again. The hotel itself and staff was good.

Did not receive room service to make bed or clean kitchen the two days I was there. I had to go to the front desk to get extra towels and throw my own trash out. Also, kitchen sink was clogged so we had sitting water in the sink and refrigerator did not get food and drinks cold enough.
