No gas, no hot water and the front desk guy was awful!!! Was not informed of the no gas situation until I tried to take a bath. The guy at the front desk told me I would have to wait until 9am the next day to speak with a manager about a refund. After 11 hour drive I only wanted a hot bath and sleep. Well 9am came and I was told since I stayed they couldn't refund me. Seriously! Had he told me that the night before I DEFINITELY wouldn't have stayed. Not to mention the HUGE roaches that decided to come out during the night!!! I'm talking 3-4 inch roaches!!! DISGUSTING!!!

My son booked a smoking room and when we got there he was told that the entire hotel was non-smoking and it was a 150 dollar fine if he smoked in his room. Smoking rooms should not have been offered then and we would have chosen a different hotel.
