Studio 7 Harker Heights

Negatives: There's no elevator. It smelled like cigarettes. The beds were hard as sleeping on concrete. The infection of bugs was off the chart!

Negatives: This was the grossest , stinky , uncleaned hotel I've ever seen , let alone stay in !!! I recorded a video it was that BAD

Negatives: I was double charged. I paid booking through Apple Pay and when I arrived to the property, they asked me for my card. I was told that it was only for a whole however it’s been a back-and-forth story saying that booking was supposed to release the whole and I was not supposed to be charged by them then booking told me that they weren’t supposed to charge me at the property and, I have not been able to get my money back from either booking or from Studio 7 at Harker Heights and then when I arrive there I was sent to room 105 as soon as I open the door there was a dirty washrag on the floor both beds look like somebody had already been on them and slept on them or just went in there to do. Who knows what I was then sent to another room felt like it wasn’t working that great a terrible experience unable to get any of my money back and it’s not fair that I had to pay Booking.com and I was also charged at the property

Negatives: They stole something out of my car first day I forgot to lock my car.

Negatives: Gross place, pungent tobacco smell in the room, disgusting stained carpet, was probably never changed in 40 years. Just disgusting.
