They don’t tell you about all the fees they charged you for. You pay more than what the app says. Elevators take forever… had to wait in lobby 15 to check in since there was no body assisting.

Pool was closed on a very hot and humid weekend in Houston, staff continued to state that it would be up and running the following day, it was not functioning for the three nights we were there. We chose this location for the roof top pool, we were very disappointed!

Very nice hotel comfortable beds bedding. A nice little bar with cheerful and accommodating staff gave us nice referrals for dinner.
Negatives:
What I didn't like and was very disappointed was I brought my swimsuit to enjoy hanging out at the rooftop bar and swimming pool and it wasn't open so that was a big disappointment to me. They're also was a bullet hole in the window that was shattered but hadn't broken and I kind of thought that was weird!
