While me and family was there for only 1 night, the stay was very comfortable. Our room was clean and we had no issues with anything. Colandria was the staff person on duty from the time we checked in until the time we checked out and she was very personable and nice. Breakfast was good for the short time we were there also.

We were unable to stay for breakfast because our flight left at 6 am. The room was beautiful and and very clean.
Negatives:
The hotel shuttle didn't start in the morning until 5 am so we would have been late to get to the airport if we took it. We were told to go anywhere from the hotel we would need to get an Uber but we had not ever use that service before and were unsure about it. Our original flight had been canceled so we only stayed the one night so there was no point to renting a car. We were less than 1.5 miles from the airport but an Uber was going to cost over $55.
My husband is disable so we were unable to walk.
Just some unnecessary stress involved.

My husband and I really liked this hotel. Centrally located, close to airport, Houston and beaches. Breakfast was good every morning, w stayed 6 days. Clean and everyone was very nice.

The only complain is that the doors slammed, but that's typical at any hotel.
