Nice property but the parking was too compact and it literally gave us a panic attack because we were afraid we would get into an accident coming around the corners.
Negatives:
Didn’t like the elements that were staying at the hotel when we were there, I literally thought it was a sex worker’s convention being held. There was loud music and drug aromas permeating in all the elevators. The lobby was packed with questionable characters. I also heard loud yelling in the middle of the night. The robes also had public hairs on them.

Seems like a scam. They charge 150$ a day for having your pet with you. This is not disclosed until booking is confirmed, which is extortionate. They also then tax the pet fee on top of that so it ends up being around 175$ a day. They also charge 35$ a day for self parking. They also tax that also. I won’t stay here again despite how nice it is, I felt like I was being scammed, there are nicer hotels for 400$ a night than this and at least I’ll know up front what I’m paying.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and smells really good. From the moment you arrive, the staff is very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. The pool area, restaurants and fitness area are all really nice. The food (I got the flatbread and parmesan fries for lunch) were both delicious. No complaints whatsoever. Likely my new fave hotel in Houston. Can't wait to visit again!

Positives:
The plumbing with the toilet. You have to flush the toilet multiple times so everything stays flush. Also, the phone in the room didn’t work.
Negatives:
No phone service in the room. I had to go to the front desk in order to ask a question. None of the rooms phones work.
