whatever I liked was overshadowed by what I did ot like
Negatives:
I was charged incorrect rates for the rooms. I was told that there was a system glitch, and they took off card off, yet more charges were incurred against my card (don't know what those were for either). They keep telling me that it takes 3-5 days for everything to balance out. But I have no pending credits, just the charges keep showing up. I also have a charge for 97.26 that I do not know what this is for. I called was on hold for 15 minutes, called back the manager again referred to 3-5 business days, transferred to finance, the person was not available and then I was back on hold. this was overall a frustrating experience, staff just kept telling me whatever I wanted to hear and how they understand. this is unacceptable

The shower looked nasty and had a bad smell in the drain. The bed was uncomfortable. The mini fridge didn't work and we asked for our bedding to be changed, but it wasn't.

Negatives:
$65 per night to park car at hotel is ridiculous. Given that you are already paying $200 per night for room plus $23 per night destination fee, seems to me parking at hotel would be covered or at the minimum only a one time fee. Would have cost $200 in parking for 3 day stay. You can do better!
