Did not get to stay at the hotel. I had to find another hotel because my reservations through booking were not correct. I feel like the receptionist did not go above and beyond to accommodate the mess up. I had reservations for July 5th - 7th. Upon me getting to the hotel, I was told that my reservations were scheduled for July 4th. So, I asked the receptionist if there were any more rooms, and one of them said no, and the other said they had a single queen bed room available. So, I was going to get the room, but I asked if the price would be the same as the 2 queen bed room. The receptionist said no, it was actually almost $100 more. So, I left and went to find another hotel.

First the room I booked was taken got that room cause it had the handicap shower easy to get in. Second I explained to them I don’t reuse my towel that not good.they said bring the use towels down and get clean one. So I did that but the manager was saying no you can’t do that only if you’re staying 7 days or so. Not good to reuse the same towel I’m in medical field and that how you get germ .

Couldn't get out of there fast enough. The location was very sketchy. When I entered the lobby there was a hotel guest that was clearly intoxicated holding a bottle of patron just shouting out at everyone. Being that this is an extended stay there was garbage piled up in the hallways and it smelled so bad. Did not get to sleep becuase of the fighting that was going on in the room upstairs. They were just running back and forth for hours and screaming. I told the front desk in the morning that I didn't feel safe to make a complaint because it would have been known was our room. It was just the worst hotel stay of my life.
