Didnt get a chance for breakfast as front desk had to go inspect my room before I could get my cash deposit back. If you have to do this for every room booked you need to close

Took over a hour to check in at 10 pm and over 30 min to check out at 530 am. Total rip off for what I paid. No way is this an 8 out of 10 hotel. Very poorly lit front desk couldnt give directions totally terrible experience

The front desk attendant who was a white male was not helpful at all. Their system was not taking my Apple Pay or debit card and he never suggested another way I could pay he just stood there and looked at me and said yea sometimes our system doesnt take we already been on the road for over 4hrs and was tired .. it took me to ask him if there was an ATM around .. if I didnt ask him that he really wouldve had me and my son son sleeping in my car

Convenience to work and many choices of places to eat. Amenities were nice, clean pool and hot tub and exercise room. Free laundry room, just have to pay for your soap. Our room was very clean and roomy and loved having our two dogs stay with us at a very affordable price compared to nightly dog sitter rates.
Negatives:
The front desk didnt have anymore of our laundry soap so I couldnt do my laundry. The room doesnt come equipped with a hairdryer so I had to ask the front desk twice to locate one for me. Even though the bathtub has a side rail both my husband and I slipped in the tub; I actually almost took a noise dive over the edge while soaping myself down; some skids on the bottom of the tub would be recommended to prevent an accident.
