Positives:
Good except check in was very difficult because I booked from on line and paid in advance and it wasn’t coordinated at all, plus the $50 deposit upon arrival was a waste of everyone’s time. It should have been done with the initial booking and wasn’t necessary regardless, very stupid and unappealing vibe.

Positives:
Location.. bedding was awesome, pillows were comfortable.
Negatives:
Security needed outside.. did not like the fact that while waiting for our valet or talking to the attendants, there were vagrants also standing at the attendants desk yelling obscenities to other people walking along the side walk.. the man was then later allowed inside and was bothering other patrons.

Positives:
Location was very good and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. Staff were friendly as well. The room was quite large and the iron was very good.
Negatives:
They coffee in the room was not replenished on day 2 (however free coffee was available in the lobby) and there was no housekeeping for the room. The shower area was a little small. Rooms are large but quite basic so not great value for money especially when you add in the price to park.

During my stay I woke up and my back and legs were covered in itchy bites. I had a suspicion of bed bugs. The handling of this incident by the staff was very disappointing. I was not offered any compensation. I was also not sent a report from the pest controller even though they had promised me this. The staff were very unprofessional and you didn't feel taken seriously as a guest.

Unfortunately, there was an incident during the stay, which was very unfortunate. I woke up with my back and legs covered in stitches. It was very itchy and painful. I suspected that it could be bedbugs. I contacted the Guest Experience team but unfortunately my complaint was not taken seriously. They said they couldn't call an exterminator for a few days as it was the weekend. Although my clothes were treated in a heat chamber, no other help was offered. There was no financial compensation and I was not offered an overnight stay. I bought creams for the itching, which were not reimbursed. They promised to send me a report with the results of the examination by email, but I still haven't received it. I am not satisfied with the handling of this incident. This hotel should therefore be avoided.
