Very unsafe! Paying parking and theyre not responsible if anything happens to your car, fire alarm going off at 4:30am, no sense of emergency from staff. We were left unattended. Didnt get a good rest. My purpose of the stay was to get leave the family house and get enough rest. During the second night, the fire alarm went off on us in the middle of our sleep. Mind you we so not smoke, our devices werent plugged. Instead of the staff to ensure we are moved to a safer place. She took her whole time.. didnt get us another room until I asked when the fire fighters came on. This was a very bad experience. The shock to wake up from sleep seeing sparkles and hearing an alarm kept me for the rest of the night and worried through out. We were finally moved to another room with dirty bathroom.
