Negatives: Never got hot water at our bath sink. We reported it first day of three day stay. Was never repaired. Didn’t seem that all the elevators worked. Long wait at elevators. Wish the Crowne plaza signs weren’t broken. Made the place look dumpy and it wasn’t actually bad at all

Negatives: I booked a room for 4 people with breakfast included for 4 people. In the morning at breakfast we were told that breakfast is covered for only 2 people so I had to pay . The next day decided to not go for breakfast at all. Disappointing really. Not sure is it booking.com or the hotel's fault but maybe this will help other people when they make their bookings.
