That they didn’t have room for us and sent us out of downtown to university site because the people in our room the night before had changed plans and wanted to stay …..so WE got bounced off???

The efficiency of the valet service could use some improvement. The area in front of the hotel is quite small and its not organized in a way that doesn't block people in. There is probably a better way to work it.
