Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Near the Galleria

Negatives: Rooms dirty. Insects flying and crawling in room and bathroom. Only 1 elevator working which broke down on day3 hotel no working elevator.

Negatives: Elevator very old and slow

Negatives: The facilities were not really good, the elevators were damaged and we had to use the service elevator and in 5 days they did not fix them

Negatives: Facilities are really old. escalators are slower than my grand grand grand mother. it takes you about 5 minutes to go from ground to 6th floor and you will be lucky if no one is joining from other floors. escalators door opening and closing itself takes about a minute or two. the room had old furniture and noisy AC. the staff are really bad. read The hotel charged me 1022.010$ in top of the 150$ despite while my booking is for 892.34$. when I spoke to the receptionist at the hotel in the first day he confirmed that he is not sure what exactly the issue and he would speak to his line supervisor the next morning. the next morning said that the system has a glitch and it was charging everybody more. The day after when I was checking out I found the line supervisor and she confirmed that the system has no glitch and I was charged that amount because Booking. com set us the booking in the wrong amount. I felt like they have been playing me around and rapping me. disgusting experience

Negatives: -Slow Elevator and one day it was broke -double charged our deposit -smell room -bad reception -old building

Negatives: Facilities are lacking in this location. Out of 2 elevators, only 1 worked and barely at that, makes us want to take the stairs as many times it took 5 minutes just to reach the ground level. As told by the Repairman, Embassy Suites refuses to upgrade the elevators, just repair them. I expected better from Hilton. The pool/hot tub was something I expected to see at a 1 star Motel. The hot tub was green, jets didn't work. The ceiling is horrible, looks like it's never taken care of. I think we were the only ones that actually went in the room during our 4 days there.

Negatives: the rip in the curtain, rip in carpet and junkie looking head board to bed.

Negatives: We had bed bugs and because we booked via booking, it has been a NIGHTMARE trying to recieve some compensation or points returned. My husband and I have bites all on our arms and legs and videos to share but nobody from the corporate team at this property has contacted us or completed the report from booking.

Negatives: The headboard was torn but everything else was clean and I put a pillow over it so my head didn’t touch it.

Negatives: I had been used to a nice big breakfast selection. It seemed like this breakfast had a lot less selection than normal. It was still good

Negatives: The property need a facelift . It was outdated.. For the price definitely need some upgrades .. only one elevator was working and it was very old and slow. Also only one outlet in the room actually worked only allowed for one device to be charging at a time..
