Positives: I cant say I liked much, I usually always use the Embassy but this one was very disappointing unfortunately.
Negatives: The room smelled molded and wet. Overnight staff was rude. The fire alarms kept going off waking my young children up between 2am-3am which made them scared and smelled like smoke through out the night.

Negatives: I was not aware that ALL rooms have had dogs in them. My kids and my allergies were going off and I asked for a room change which is when I found out that theres nothing they could do, all rooms have had animals. They wouldnt do anything about it.

Positives: The hotel lobby is so nice along with the bar/eating area. we spent most of our free time there as the rooms are grungy. furniture & carpet stained and could really use an update. bedding was clean though.
Negatives: the one elevator that was working was scary and stairs not easily accessible.

Negatives: Only one elevator was working. We had no hot water on our floor and had to move. Our coffee maker didn't work. They raised their parking rate to $30/night but said they would remove the charge because of the inconvenience of moving rooms and then didn't.

Positives: The customer services was amazing . However, the room definitely could be updated, the carpet smelled very old and the toilet overflowed the next morning . We were unable to take shower or use the commode . We decided to leave way before check out time .

Positives: Location was great. Breakfast was great.
Negatives: I called the day before we arrived to confirm they had a heated indoor pool. When we checked in we were told that it was not working. The reason we chose that hotel was for my granddaughter to get to swim. The elevators were broken as well.
