After Wednesday, Sep 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: The staff was friendly. Hotel was pretty quiet. That's about it.

Negatives: The hotel has roaches. The bathroom wasn't clean. The kitchen wasn't clean. The floor wasn't mopped but yet the carpet was vacuum. I wouldnt recommend staying here due to the roaches. The bed was hard as heck but atleast they had a mattress protector bag
