Between Sunday, Dec 15th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Dec 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Dec 16th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 16, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: There were a ridiculous amount of German cockroaches in one of the two rooms I booked. The other room only had a few. In one suite, the bathroom door did not lock.
