After Monday, Oct 7th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 7, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: I liked the location

Negatives: I had to ask them to come to my room and spray 3 times because there were visible roaches in the room. I wanted to leave so bad but the way the refund worked would have been impossible to get another room. I didn’t sleep at all those two nights because I was too scared something would crawl on me. Staff is very rude and they just didn’t care.

Negatives: I booked online due to having lost power in Hurricane Beryl. I was allowed to book online so I thought all was well until we got to the hotel and there was a hand written sign that said No Power, No Vacancy. I didn't cancel since they were not accepting any new customers and there were no employees to be seen. It was chaotic in Houston! But, even though they had no vacancy, they still went ahead and charged my credit card, $113.77. I called the number on my credit card statement and no one answered so I have disputed the charge on my card. Please remove the charge.
