I had to make 3 complaints about the kids in the room above us running and jumping. Could not get any good sleep on my final night. All night from 6pm til 2am. They didn't make them stop. And saw 1 roach every morning in the bathroom.

Also when I went to check the room, the door was open. I immediately turned around and went downstairs and told the clerk I would not be staying. I also instructed her that it is violation of privacy to announce a room number I was still charged for my stay.
