Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. I wasn't even able to stay at the hotel. I got to the hotel and the front desk person told me that they had cancelled my reservation because there wasn't a room available of which I had booked.
It was late at night and almost midnight and I had to end up trying to find another hotel to stay in . I walked to a few nearby and both were full . I then just ended up getting a Uber to my home which was 2 hours away The hotel smelled horrible like cigarette smoke. The front desk person was unprofessional.
I don't think I will be booking thru booking.com again.
I should have not have had to go thru that with my 6 year old daughter

Room was infested with roaches they wouldn’t change my room to another room or even try to help told me I could check out but would only receive half of my deposit back. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had after sleeping in my car due to the storm after 6 days I just wanted a good night rest in a bed. I couldn’t even lay down because roaches were everywhere so I couldn’t imagine what else they could possibly have. “Bed bugs” . I only was there 4/5 hrs and I just couldn’t take it any longer. And for them to only want to parcel pay me back is ridiculous. But I accepted it and left the same night. I ABSOLUTELY would not stay here EVER the roaches are ridiculous, I tried to eat and it was even worse they started coming out from everywhere. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
