Between Wednesday, Oct 2nd, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Oct 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Oct 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Friendly helpful front desk and good value for the price; clean, pleasant room… nothing fancy but that’s okay!

Negatives: People loitering at the edges of the property made me feel unsafe to walk. Location is a little iffy anyway and that didn’t help. I felt safe driving but not walking to local restaurants.

Positives: I like that it was a very central place for our travel. We weren’t more than 15 minutes from where we were going.

Negatives: The smell! When you walked in it had an old urine smell in the halls and in the room. We did see a roach while staying.

Positives: Nothing !

Negatives: The kitchen was nasty in the room no pots or pans not even soap I had to buy dishes and soap and pots because the hotel didn’t have any at all; the lobby reeks of piss the elevator smells like pee as well, the room smelled like mildew the only thing that was clean was the restroom. I will never stay at another extended stay again I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied and disgusted in what I paid for.

Negatives: My room was smelling like smoke. When I told the front desk guy, he didn't care. I couldn't even sleep because of that. Breakfast was awful, only a choice processed food packaged. It's not worth it at all. Staff was rude.

Negatives: The ice has no ice and the suite had no ice trays. Had to get staff to bring. Vending machines don’t work so be sure to bring drinks. The tub was dusty and the front desk during the morning was never at the desk.
