Between Saturday, Nov 9th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Nov 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Nov 10th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 10, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: It doesn’t look as what was shown in the photos. We were given a very dirty room. They did change the room but even the rooms that they put us in, was dirty. It seemed that it was cleaned hastily. We were so uncomfortable that we checked in very late (around 10 pm) and left very early (around 7 am). And the complimentary breakfast was a joke. It was just a counter they filled with coffee, juices, and some pastries. We will never choose Extended Stay again and will never recommend. For what we experienced, their rates were too much.

Positives: It was close to the restaurants and other nice places close to the freeway convenient location close to everything.

Negatives: Well when you go in the first time u smell is cigarettes and marijuana the rooms wasn't to clean and people are very loud and not respectful about other. Is lots of homeless people in the parking lot and outside of the lobby entry and at night its some ppl around look like they are on something illegal and inside too.

Negatives: The breakfast is extremely meager--oatmeal and muffins and coffee. Not even juice or a banana. Room was dirty. Little kitchen with no cooking utensils.

Positives: Friendly helpful front desk and good value for the price; clean, pleasant room… nothing fancy but that’s okay!

Negatives: People loitering at the edges of the property made me feel unsafe to walk. Location is a little iffy anyway and that didn’t help. I felt safe driving but not walking to local restaurants.
