Between Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Dec 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: No hot breakfast only coffee packs of oatmeal and nutri grain bars..bed hard pillow flat toilet was made for toddlers I'm 5'2 and hat to sit like a frog on toilet. Roaches attacked our food as we where eating the came out of nowhere roaches was in our clothes basket. Mildew in sink and room and hallway stunk of wet carpet.. women sitting on ledge in front of window at entrance all day and night..

Positives: Wifi was decent and they offered coffee

Negatives: I had called ahead to see if I could get early check in for a Zoom meeting, and if not, could I sit in lobby, they confirmed. When I arrived, they refused to provide any access to Wifi until I checked in later iin the afternoon. Room was not very clean, mold on shower ceiling, dirty floor and shower doors. Check in staff was not friendly and surrounding aread was a bit sketchy.

Negatives: Staff took forever to respond to front desk. Was too busy conversating with other coworkers. Children activating fire alarms cause parents arent watching. Sofa bed matress was so work out all u felt was springs and it didnt even lay flat. No pillow or blanket or sheet given for the sofa bed that pulled out into a twin mattress. Lights didnt turn off with switches. Had to unplug lights. Bathroom so tiny you couldnt maneuver in there.
