Between Sunday, Jul 7th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, Jul 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Monday, Jul 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 8, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: It was not a safe location. Ag vehicle was stolen from the back parking lot. No coffee during the advertised time. No disposable paper coffee cups No clean towels available in the morning had to wait until that evening to get clean towels. People talking loudly and fighting in the halls and outside at all hours of the night and very early morning hours! Very bad place to stay! We checked out early!

Negatives: The breakfast was a nutigrain bar and coffee. The bathroom had mold. Staff in the front were so unfriendly and rude. 10 vehicles, including 2 ours were broken into. They broke windows to all the 10 vehicles and supposedly their cameras don’t work. But the lobby’s camera does.

Negatives: The staff was not Plesant to communicate with, security was not adequate (side doors had rocks from other guests leaving the door propped open), and the breakfast was very minimal. Breakfast included oatmeal packets and packaged muffins. I wouldn't consider it a standard included breakfast.
