This place is filthy. Dog poop in hall. Told front desk didn't clean still there the next day. Room stunk like cigarette smoke. Dogs running lose. Didn't clean Room. The place smells like sewer. Not good for a medical patient

That is a walking distance from Texas Childrens Hospital where my son has his appointments. The staff is always friendly

This time, I had stayed at this location before, there was a smell that was around the floor I was in it wasnt a bad smell but it smelled dirty. Also my parents do not speak emglish and I had to leave them there for a day and they werent able to communicate with the staff that one of the ACs in our room stopped working. The room wasnt hot because luckily it had been a rainy day but it felt a bit stuffy due to the lack of AC. I also get this hotel for its easy access to a stove which this time it did not work and I wasnt there anymore to again let the monolingual staff know.
