Nothing. Due to there being no internet we couldn't check in. I didn't stay here. Had to get a different hotel to stay at. Front desk said that customer service is who will cancel my booking without getting charges. So Called customer service and they said they had to get permission from the property.. of which never responded to me any time I reached out. If I'm charged, I will be raising hell.

Everything, staff had bad attitude, ignored us for the 4hours we sat there waiting for a tech, was told at 6pm they wouldn't be out until 11pm that night. Not one " we're sorry for the inconvenience " was said.

I drove late after work from New Orleans to attend my nephews high school graduation and arrived to nasty rooms which were roach infested, they were all over the sofal bed, was scared to warm my food in microwave l. My room was given away and i was given a sofa bed instead of the 2 queens i booked. Poor customer service.

The hotel in the corridors and the rooms hall was stinky. It looks like past smoking or hard to say what.maybe old furniture, the paint on bathroom doors was peeling, old funitures were sticky, corridors were painted which too chip paint? Didn't look good, effort put in renovation was wasted by few shortcuts in savings on materials what I assume... Face it in bathroom was leaking, microwave was turning on its own, oven markers were seated. The worst was the odour, we wanted to resigned but finally stayed and put air refresher to mask the odour. Probably room service only in 2 weeks and many men not carrying for cleaning of the room and probably smoking are making this stink... Also the offer is not true: the breakfast is not a breakfast, instant oat with water is not a breakfast, shouldn't be as breakfast included. Sweeping pool was not open but displayed in the offer. We felt cheated...
