Between Monday, Sep 30th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Oct 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Oct 1st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 1, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: I didn’t like anything

Negatives: Carpet was Filthy, The elevator was in terrible condition, The front desk never had clean towels. I had to use the same tiles for the whole four or five days I was there. Disgusting. The kitchen sink drained very very slowly with water and food from dishes. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless I took the lid off and pushed the button on the inside. This was the worst. The bed in the couch had mold all over it very nasty. I had to use a towel and purchase Cleaning supplies from the fiesta across the street to wipe off all the mold that was on the fold out bed in the couch. I really would like to get a refund because this was very terrible experience for me. I asked to move rooms and they told me the only other room that they had available had a strong chemical smell because it was just recently treated for bedbugs.
